Solar Uptown Brings Solar Power Revolution To Harlem, NYC

Solar Uptown Now recently installed 270 kW-DC
solar power units on 9  different
buildings in Harlem and Washington Heights, all 9 of which were Housing and
Urban Development Corporation affordable housing co-ops and two of which were
market-rate buildings.



Solar Uptown Now promises that, upon
completion, the 11 solar powered buildings will eliminate 4,117 tons of
greenhouse gas emissions over a 25-year period. This translates also to a
